The Game That Builds You
Current Events
The You Found Development Series is a monthly experience built around three connected events, each designed to develop a different part of the player and the person.
Basketball IQ Experience
Open to all ages and skill levels, this session focuses on understanding the game at a deeper level and improving decision-making on the court. Each week introduces a key concept that players can immediately apply, along with handouts and worksheets to guide learning and take notes. The goal is to help you see the game differently and translate that understanding into real performance.
Networking Event (18+)
Designed for adults of all backgrounds, this is more than a typical networking space. It’s a guided experience built around intentional conversation, reflection, and connection. Each month follows a progression of themes, creating shared direction and meaningful dialogue. The goal is to build community while developing clarity, accountability, and aligned goals that extend beyond the event itself.
3v3 Experience (High School)
This event brings everything together through live competition. Players compete in a structured 3v3 tournament with additional events like the 3-point contest and layup contest, all in a high-energy environment. A major focus of this experience is the atmosphere, we encourage players to bring friends and family to create a loud, engaged crowd that adds to the intensity and excitement. This is where preparation meets performance.
Each event stands on its own, but together they create a system, learn how to think, connect with others, and apply it in real time.
Three paths. One purpose.
Youniversal Foundations x Northeast Cobb Basketball
You Found has partnered with NECB to implement the 1+2=3 Strategy within a competitive AAU environment.
Our group sessions and pickup games are designed to develop one key concept each day. We break the skill down in a clear and simple way, get focused reps, then apply it immediately in live play.
Scrimmages are structured with purpose. The coach guides players through normal free play while adding guided constraints, shifting the rules of the game to center around the skill that was just taught. This prevents players from slipping back into old habits and instead pushes them to build new ones through repetition and application.
The goal is simple. Learn it. Use it. Repeat it until it becomes part of how you play.
